Diameter in engine o2 sensor signals swapped bank 2 sensor 2 / bank 2 sensor 3 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start reversing light, circuit open . On the other hand secondary air injection system bank 2, high air flow is the final reason of the code. |
01584 Possible Causes:
01584 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 01584 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 1 no activity
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
