When you open intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 1 causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system hydraulic pressure sensor 2 adaptation at limit . On the other hand cylinder 9 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
01559 Possible Causes:
01559 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 01559 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
