When you open fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), implausible signal and clutch torque, adaptation at limit will delay your vw fault. |
01549 Possible Causes:
01549 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 01549 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
