This something to do with the intake camshaft timing turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), signal low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor starter does not run, mechanically blocked or mechanical malfunction or change camshaft position signal output, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
01548 Possible Causes:
01548 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 01548 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
