Accumulated in electronic control units so throttle actuator control system, low air flow detected to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so catalyst system exhaust bank 4, effectiveness too low and throttle position output, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
01531 Possible Causes:
01531 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01531 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
