The problem is about butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), under voltage during basic adjustment the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, interruption or reductant injection air pump control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
01527 Possible Causes:
01527 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01527 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 1 (n215), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
