It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle actuator control system, ice blockage . On the other hand throttle/pedal position sensor 'a', minimum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
01524 Possible Causes:
01524 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 01524 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition switch run/start position, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
