Accumulated in electronic control units so angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), signal too small causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system load signal stuck on or please check dtc memory of transmission ecu will delay your vw fault. |
01522 Possible Causes:
01522 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 01522 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger speed sensor, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
