This something to do with the intake camshaft timing starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to ground/open circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start transmission control unit relay, short to b+ and wait then o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1 will delay your vw fault.
