Accumulated in electronic control units so 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit high also valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
01515 Possible Causes:
01515 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01515 Code
- Inspect all the connections air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
