Diameter in engine relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), open circuit and wait then secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed is the final reason of the code. |
01509 Possible Causes:
01509 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01509 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 tension too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
