Staring in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle actuator control system, stuck open also linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
01505 Possible Causes:
01505 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 01505 Code
- Inspect all the connections camshaft position signal output, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
