When you open engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor turbocharger 2 control module (j725), voltage supply outside permissible range . So for next engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
01499 Possible Causes:
01499 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 01499 Code
- Inspect all the connections b camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
