Diameter in engine valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit high and wait then tiptronic switch down (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
01487 Possible Causes:
01487 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01487 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine- / transmission control modules, versions do not match
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
