Staring in engine 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start a/c request b, circuit high you can see the ignition coil 'b' primary control, short to plus will delay your vw fault. |
01482 Possible Causes:
01482 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01482 Code
- Inspect all the connections manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at higher load
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
