Staring in engine camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, electrical error in the electric circuit and o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich will delay your vw fault. |
01481 Possible Causes:
01481 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01481 Code
- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), of mechanical errors
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
