This code were stamped on VW Engine case ecm/pcm power input, signal range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor power supply (b+) terminal 15, implausible you can see the reductant injection air pump control, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
01457 Possible Causes:
01457 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 01457 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
