01449 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine bank 2 sensor 1, internal resistance implausible run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed voltage supply relay, electrical malfunction and potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too high is the final reason of the code. |
01449 Possible Causes:
01449 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 01449 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing message from a/c controller
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
