The problem is about exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust pressure sensor 2, high or load signal stuck off is the final reason of the code. |
01426 Possible Causes:
01426 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01426 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
