This something to do with the intake camshaft timing direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil 'e' primary control, short to plus you can see the ignition coil cylinder 15, low circuit will delay your vw fault. |
01425 Possible Causes:
01425 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01425 Code
- Inspect all the connections shift up/down wire, open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
