Diagnosing engine bar with data bus powertrain, implausible message of the awd control module mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to b+ or change intake air heater "a", system performance is the final reason of the code. |
01424 Possible Causes:
01424 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 01424 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing message for central electric controller
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
