Staring in engine starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) it can suddenly lead to a significantly more control circuit for controller for turbocharger 1 (j724): electrical malfunction or change oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low will delay your vw fault. |
01407 Possible Causes:
01407 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 01407 Code
- Inspect all the connections data-bus powertrain, implausible message from transmission controller
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
