When you open intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 2 causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), electrical malfunction or change wheel speed signal 4, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
01403 Possible Causes:
01403 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 01403 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
