When you open fuel pump, mechanical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit / open also exhaust bank 3, probe 2 no activity is the final reason of the code. |
01401 Possible Causes:
01401 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01401 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'f' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
