This something to do with the intake camshaft timing actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit / open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ecm/pcm power input, signal intermittent . On the other hand power supply (b+) terminal 15, open circuit is the final reason of the code.
