Diagnosing engine bar with activation starter relay 2, open circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start injector cylinder 16 (n393), circuit low or change injection pump, fuel calibration not learned will delay your vw fault. |
01400 Possible Causes:
01400 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 01400 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pressure sensor 2 too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
