014 Description And Summary : |

When you open exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit / open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to ground/open circuit or change fuel supply heater, control circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
014 Possible Causes:
014 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 014 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
