Accumulated in electronic control units so secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel rail sensor (g401), short to b+ or kick down switch malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
01397 Possible Causes:
01397 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 01397 Code
- Inspect all the connections air leak between maf and throttle body
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
