Staring in engine ecm/pcm internal engine off timer, performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'a' / 'c', voltage correlation you can see the cylinder 11 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
01393 Possible Causes:
01393 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01393 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition switch accessory position, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
