The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault bank 3, o2 correction behind catalyst, b1, limit attained causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low or change exhaust gas recirculation cooling system, performance is the final reason of the code. |
01392 Possible Causes:
01392 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01392 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
