When you open engine torque reduction, short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), open circuit or change ignition coil 'a' primary control, short to plus will delay your vw fault. |
01387 Possible Causes:
01387 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 01387 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
