The problem is about exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, rich control limit exceeded It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off also exhaust pressure sensor 2, high is the final reason of the code. |
01386 Possible Causes:
01386 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 01386 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle control: airflow at idle too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
