The problem is about exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly lean causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded and particulate trap bank 1, efficiency below threshold is the final reason of the code. |
01384 Possible Causes:
01384 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 01384 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 4 (n369), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
