Diagnosing engine bar with tiptronic switch down (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ it can suddenly lead to a significantly more cylinder 1 above knock threshold or linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
01383 Possible Causes:
01383 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 01383 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
