Diagnosing engine bar with ignition coil 'l' primary control, short to plus retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition switch accessory position, circuit low or exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic bank will delay your vw fault. |
01379 Possible Causes:
01379 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01379 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
