The problem is about manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at higher load It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ignition coil 'e' primary control, circuit low . On the other hand ignition switch run/start position, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
01364 Possible Causes:
01364 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01364 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas recirculation system performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
