This something to do with the intake camshaft timing nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage or intake manifold runner control, default not reached will delay your vw fault. |
01359 Possible Causes:
01359 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01359 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
