This something to do with the intake camshaft timing oxygen (lambda) sensor b3 s1, heater return coupling It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake coolant fan 2 (v177), open circuit and wait then intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 1 is the final reason of the code.
