This something to do with the intake camshaft timing controller pin coding, implausible signal causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition switch run position, circuit low you can see the radiator exhaust control 2, short-circuit after pluses is the final reason of the code. |
01324 Possible Causes:
01324 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 01324 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'j' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
