So for next exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
01317 Possible Causes:
01317 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High

What To Check After Fixing 01317 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
