01312 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit high and wait then idle speed control throttle position 2, electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
01312 Possible Causes:
01312 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 01312 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
