013 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust gas temperature bank 2, too high or pressure control valve 4 (n218), short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
013 Possible Causes:
013 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 013 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes before kat exchanges
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
