The problem is about camshaft position signal output, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ignition coil 'd' primary control, short to plus . So for next oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, heater return coupling is the final reason of the code. |
01299 Possible Causes:
01299 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
