Diameter in engine transmission coolant circuit relay, intermittent to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so vehicle speed signal, circuit open . So for next fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
01298 Possible Causes:
01298 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 01298 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve circuit range / performance, bank 2 unit 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
