Diagnosing engine bar with valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), circuit low input causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), lower notice one does not reach . On the other hand diesel particulate filter differential pressure too high bank 2 will delay your vw fault. |
01296 Possible Causes:
01296 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 01296 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 1 (n215), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
