Accumulated in electronic control units so throttle actuator control system, forced engine shutdown run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed power supply, voltage high voltage or linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
01287 Possible Causes:
01287 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 01287 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
