Accumulated in electronic control units so injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed ecm/pcm internal engine off timer, performance or intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit range / performance bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
01280 Possible Causes:
01280 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01280 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant fan control 2: open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
