01279 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more powertrain data bus, missing message from steering angle sensor and throttle actuator control motor, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
01279 Possible Causes:
01279 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 01279 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
