Staring in engine exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake rough road / acceleration sensor, electrical malfunction or exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
01271 Possible Causes:
01271 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01271 Code
- Inspect all the connections barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
