Staring in engine vehicle speed sensor 'b', intermittent / erratic / high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly lean and wait then transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
01262 Possible Causes:
01262 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 01262 Code
- Inspect all the connections cooling bypass valve, exhaust gas recirculation flow, electrical
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
