01259 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel pump "b" control, circuit / open also throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
01259 Possible Causes:
01259 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 01259 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
