Diagnosing engine bar with activation starter relay 2, short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor cooling bypass valve 2, exhaust gas recirculation flow, electrical you can see the valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), circuit low input will delay your vw fault. |
01246 Possible Causes:
01246 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01246 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
